There is one section reserved for Mongolian style meals. Here you see thin sliced raw ham. Another tray has chicken, beef, pork, raw fish etc. Pile your plate high, include lettuce, caulifower, celery, you name it. Walk over to the grill and the cook tells you to add soy sauce, garlic, tomato, oil, or anyone of 10 juices as you choose. The whole mess is dumped on to a hot grill. He uses two spats to chop and mix it. After about 4 minutes he loads the hot mix on to a clean plate, and you start eating all over again.
