George looks like he ate too much and is ready to go asleep after a really big afternoon luncheon at the Chinese, Lucky Draggon restaurant in North Bend, Oregon at the big Pony village Mall. kay is a light eater and she looks like a million dollars.

You always catch Grandpa George over by the Dessert Table. Mighty good variety.

That is a plateful of goodies, similar to the one George showed earlier. We had a big fresh salad prior to this main course. Gave us a very balanced dinner.

George, Kay, & Pat Acord. pictues by Sherm Acord. The four of us had a very nice dinner, but I must admit everyone ate a little bit too much. Sure was good food.

This Chinese character is part of the advertising, outside the restaurant.

Outside the restaurant, a lot of chinese characters, and oth4er advertising. .

I should have asked the owners what this represented. It looks like a deformed tree with a crane and other wild life living in the base of it.

This is a divider bar with wood carvings between two panes of glass, that seperates the booths. . The bright light is from my digital flash, and does not belong there.

Chicken Teriyaki on a stick, kept hot until you are ready. Eat all you want.

There is one section reserved for Mongolian style meals. Here you see thin sliced raw ham. Another tray has chicken, beef, pork, raw fish etc. Pile your plate high, include lettuce, caulifower, celery, you name it. Walk over to the grill and the cook tells you to add soy sauce, garlic, tomato, oil, or anyone of 10 juices as you choose. The whole mess is dumped on to a hot grill. He uses two spats to chop and mix it. After about 4 minutes he loads the hot mix on to a clean plate, and you start eating all over again.
More fancy desserts like cream puffs, but these are filled with chocolate.

These bread rolls have a sweet center in the layers and the center.

Another of the fancy desserts, eat all you want. Several puddings & American Talpioca, too.

This table has about 10 different desserts. These are round balls with a fig in the center and nut like coating on the cooky ball. Different but very tasty.

TThe food is kept hot in a steam table. Here we have an American dish of Meat Balls, tomato sauce with savory vegetgables. Very tasty.

Each section has a special dish. Here you have ham, red peppers, potatoes, tomatoes and a savory sauce. The price is $7.50 from 11:00AM to 3:00 PM, all you can eat--no limit. The Evening meal is the samebut the price is $12.50.

This is Kay's plate, She is a light eater. She has an eggroll, shrimp and desserts.

George, Kay and our friekd Jeannie Arnet went to the new Liucky Draggon Cafe at the Pony village Mall. They hqve a very large variety of tables where you fill your plate. Eat all you want, same price. Here you see Steamed muscles on the shell, Terriyake chicken, shrimp, mushrooms. We had a bigt salad before this plate full.
